Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FcRH5 and FcRL5 are members of the Fc receptor homolog (FcRH) and Fc receptor-like (FcRL) families, respectively, which play crucial roles in modulating immune responses. Both proteins are expressed predominantly on the surface of B cells and are involved in the regulation of antibody responses and immune signaling. Research has highlighted their significance in autoimmune diseases and B cell malignancies. FcRH5 has emerged as a potential therapeutic target due to its selective expression on certain malignant B cells, while FcRL5 is implicated in the differentiation and function of B cells, influencing their ability to produce antibodies. The generation of recombinant proteins for FcRH5 and FcRL5 enables detailed studies of their structure, function, and interactions with other immune components. This research is crucial for understanding their roles in immunity and disease, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies. Through the study of these proteins, we aim to elucidate the mechanisms underlying B cell regulation and develop targeted interventions for related disorders.
