Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD300LG, also known as Nepmucin, is a member of the CD300 family of immunoregulatory receptors, which are primarily involved in the modulation of immune responses. This protein is expressed on various immune cells, including dendritic cells and macrophages, playing a crucial role in the regulation of inflammation and the maintenance of immune tolerance. Research has shown that CD300LG can influence T-cell activity and cytokine production, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for disease states and a target for therapeutic intervention in autoimmune diseases and cancer. The recombinant production of CD300LG has garnered attention, as it allows for the detailed study of its structure and function, facilitating the development of assays and potential drugs that can modulate its activity. Understanding the functional role of CD300LG/Nepmucin in immune regulation may provide insights into novel strategies for enhancing immune responses or suppressing unwanted inflammation, thus paving the way for innovative treatments in various immune-related conditions. As interest in immune modulation continues to grow, the in-depth investigation of recombinant CD300LG could significantly contribute to advancing our knowledge of immune system dynamics and therapeutic strategies.
