Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Wnt4, a member of the Wnt family of secreted glycoproteins, plays a critical role in various biological processes, including embryonic development, cell proliferation, differentiation, and organogenesis. Its significance has been particularly highlighted in the context of kidney development and ovarian function. Abnormal Wnt4 signaling has been implicated in various diseases, such as renal abnormalities and reproductive disorders, making it a target for therapeutic research. The recombinant production of Wnt4 protein has garnered attention for its potential applications in developmental biology studies and regenerative medicine. By expressing Wnt4 in a controlled manner, researchers can investigate its pathways and mechanisms, facilitating a deeper understanding of its role in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. The ability to produce and purify functional Wnt4 protein allows for the exploration of its interactions with receptors and downstream signaling cascades, thereby offering insights into how Wnt4 contributes to tissue development and homeostasis. Additionally, recombinant Wnt4 may serve as a valuable reagent for studying the effects of Wnt signaling modulation in various cell types, thereby paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting Wnt-related pathways in diseases. The ongoing research into Wnt4 recombinant protein continues to expand the horizons of our understanding of Wnt signaling and its broader implications in health and disease.
