    The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

ERN2 is an essential protein that has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its pivotal role in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress response and the unfolded protein response (UPR). It is a member of the IRE1 family of transmembrane proteins, which are activated under conditions of ER stress, leading to the splicing of X-box binding protein 1 (XBP1) mRNA, a critical factor for cellular adaptation to stress.
