稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GGT1, or gamma-glutamyltransferase 1, is an enzyme pivotal in the metabolism of glutathione and the modulation of cellular oxidative stress. It plays a significant role in catalyzing the transfer of gamma-glutamyl groups from glutathione to various amino acids and peptides, thereby participating in pivotal cellular processes. Research indicates that GGT1 is implicated in a variety of physiological and pathological states, including tumor progression, liver diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders, where its expression levels often correlate with disease severity or patient prognosis. The interest in recombinant GGT1 protein arises from its potential as a therapeutic target and a biomarker for disease diagnosis. Understanding its structure and function through recombinant expression systems allows for the exploration of its enzymatic mechanisms and interactions. Furthermore, the availability of purified GGT1 protein provides a powerful tool for drug development, elucidation of metabolic pathways, and investigation of its role in oxidative stress responses. Studies in this domain aim to provide insights into how GGT1 modulation may contribute to therapeutic strategies in cancer treatment and oxidative stress management, highlighting its significance in both basic and applied biomedical research.
