Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Histone H3 recombinant proteins play a crucial role in the study of epigenetics, chromatin structure, and gene regulation. Histones are proteins that package and order DNA into structural units called nucleosomes, which are fundamental to the organization of chromosomes in eukaryotic cells. The dynamic modifications of histones, particularly histone H3, such as acetylation, methylation, phosphorylation, and ubiquitination, are key regulators of gene expression and chromatin remodeling. Dysregulation of these processes can lead to various diseases, including cancer. The production of recombinant histone H3 proteins allows researchers to investigate these modifications in a controlled environment, enabling a better understanding of their functional implications in cellular processes. Moreover, the use of recombinant proteins facilitates the development of specific antibodies, which are essential for analyzing histone modifications using techniques like ChIP-seq and Western blotting. As research progresses, the analysis of histone H3 variants and their modifications continues to reveal insights into the intricate regulatory mechanisms that govern transcription and genome stability, ultimately contributing to advancements in therapeutic strategies targeting epigenetic alterations in diseases.
