Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HDGFL2 (Height-Dependent GRF-Like Protein 2) is a member of the GRF (Growth-Regulating Factor) family and has drawn substantial attention due to its role in plant development, particularly in regulating cell growth and division. Research indicates that HDGFL2 is involved in key physiological processes such as leaf development, root growth, and response to environmental stimuli, making it an important factor in plant adaptability and yield. Its expression patterns and regulatory mechanisms have been studied in various species, showcasing its evolutionary conservation and functional diversity. Understanding the molecular pathways associated with HDGFL2 can provide insights into its regulatory functions and potential applications in agricultural biotechnology, including the enhancement of stress resistance and crop quality. Current studies focus on characterizing the protein’s structure, interactions with other regulatory proteins, and the downstream effectors of its signaling pathways. The recombinant production of HDGFL2 protein facilitates in-depth biochemical analyses and functional assays, allowing researchers to dissect its role in plant biology comprehensively. Given the growing need for sustainable agricultural practices, elucidating the mechanisms by which HDGFL2 influences plant development could contribute to the improvement of crop traits and resilience against climate change, making it a significant target for future research in plant sciences.
