Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GRHL2 (Grainyhead-like 2) is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including embryonic development, epithelial integrity, and wound healing. Research has shown that GRHL2 is essential for maintaining the barrier function of epithelial cells by regulating genes involved in cell adhesion and junction formation. Abnormal expression or dysfunction of GRHL2 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, where it can influence tumor progression and metastasis by affecting cellular differentiation and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT). The study of GRHL2 recombinant protein is fundamental for understanding its biological functions and mechanisms at a molecular level. By producing and analyzing GRHL2 in its recombinant form, scientists can investigate its interactions with other proteins, identify its target genes, and elucidate its role in signal transduction pathways. This research not only expands our knowledge of GRHL2’s functions in normal physiology but also provides insights into its potential as a therapeutic target in various diseases, particularly in cancer biology. Overall, the exploration of GRHL2 recombinant protein is a pivotal step in unraveling the complexities of its role in health and disease.
