稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Collagen Alpha-1(XVIII) Chain, also known as endostatin, is a fragment derived from collagen type XVIII, a protein that plays a crucial role in extracellular matrix organization and tissue maintenance. Research has increasingly focused on endostatin due to its potent anti-angiogenic properties, which make it a promising candidate for cancer therapy. By inhibiting the proliferation of endothelial cells and the formation of new blood vessels, endostatin can effectively disrupt tumor growth and metastasis. Additionally, studies have indicated that this protein may also have roles in regulating tissue repair and fibrosis. The recombinant production of endostatin has facilitated detailed investigations into its biological functions and therapeutic potential. It allows for the generation of high-purity protein for use in preclinical and clinical studies, enabling a better understanding of its mechanisms of action and its potential as a treatment for various diseases, including cancer and age-related disorders. The ongoing exploration of endostatin not only advances our knowledge of angiogenesis but also highlights its significance in the field of regenerative medicine and targeted therapies.
