Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CYTH2 (Cyclin Y-Associated Thymidine Kinase 2) is a crucial protein implicated in various cellular functions, particularly in the regulation of cell cycle and signal transduction pathways. Research on CYTH2 has gained momentum due to its potential roles in cancer biology and cell proliferation. As a member of the CYTH family, CYTH2 interacts with cyclins and other key proteins to modulate cellular processes, including phosphorylation and GTPase activity. Its dysfunction or aberrant expression has been associated with multiple cancer types, making it a target for therapeutic interventions. Understanding the structural and functional dynamics of recombinant CYTH2 protein is essential for elucidating its role in normal and pathological conditions, facilitating the development of targeted drugs or therapies. Therefore, producing and characterizing recombinant CYTH2 not only provides insights into its biological functions but also paves the way for potential applications in cancer treatment and regenerative medicine. This ongoing research highlights the importance of CYTH2 as a biomarker and therapeutic target, emphasizing its relevance in the quest for novel cancer therapies.
