IL-17RA (Interleukin 17 receptor A), a receptor for IL-17A and IL-17F, is a type I membrane glycoprotein. It is expressed ubiquitously and exhibits a broad tissue distribution, and plays a role in many inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. IL-17RA is a common co-receptor subunit for other members of the IL-17 family. IL-17RA associates with IL-17RC to form a signaling receptor complex for IL-17A and IL-17F[1][2]. IL-17RA Protein, Rhesus Macaque (HEK293, Fc) is produced in HEK293 cells with a C-Terminal Fc-tag. It consists of 320 amino acids (M1-P320).

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
