稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Prothrombin, a precursor of the enzyme thrombin, plays a crucial role in the coagulation cascade, which is essential for blood coagulation and wound healing. Deficiency or dysfunction of prothrombin can lead to serious bleeding disorders, underscoring the need for effective therapies. The development of recombinant prothrombin has emerged as a promising strategy to address these clinical needs. This recombinant form can potentially provide a standardized and safer alternative to plasma-derived products, minimizing risks associated with pathogen transmission and immune reactions. Recent advancements in biotechnology have enabled the production of high-yield recombinant prothrombin in host systems such as yeast and mammalian cells. Researchers are focusing on understanding the molecular structure and activity of prothrombin, as well as optimizing its production processes. Moreover, investigations into its therapeutic applications, including the treatment of coagulation disorders and facilitation of hemostasis during surgery, are underway. The ongoing exploration of prothrombin's functional dynamics, in conjunction with innovations in gene editing and protein engineering, promises to enhance the efficacy and safety profiles of future therapeutic formulations.
