IL-2R gamma/CD132 Protein, a common subunit for interleukin receptors, likely collaborates with IL15RA in stimulating neutrophil phagocytosis by IL15. It is shared among IL2, IL4, IL7, IL15, IL21, and possibly IL13 receptors. IL-2R gamma interacts with SHB upon interleukin stimulation and also interacts with IL9. IL-2R gamma/CD132 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived IL-2R gamma/CD132 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Measured by its ability to inhibit the IL-2-dependent proliferation of MO7e cells. The ED50 for this effect is 1.410 µg/mL in the presence of 30 µg/mL of soluble IL-2 R beta and 10 ng/mL of recombinant human IL-2 , corresponding to a specific activity is 709.2199 units/mg. The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
