Biological Activity
Measured by its ability to inhibit the IL-2-dependent proliferation of MO7e cells. The ED50 for this effect is 1.410 µg/mL in the presence of 30 µg/mL of soluble IL-2 R beta and 10 ng/mL of recombinant human IL-2 , corresponding to a specific activity is 709.2199 units/mg. Measured by its ability to inhibit the IL-2-dependent proliferation of MO7e cells. The thermal stability is described by the loss rate.
