Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of STAT5B (Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 5B) recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its critical role in various cellular processes, including immune response, cell growth, and differentiation. STAT5B is part of the STAT family of transcription factors that mediate responses to cytokines and growth factors by transducing signals from the cell surface to the nucleus. Dysregulation of STAT5B has been associated with several pathologies, including cancers and autoimmune diseases, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Researchers have focused on producing recombinant STAT5B to study its structure, function, and interactions with other proteins. Understanding the precise mechanisms by which STAT5B regulates gene expression and cellular behavior can offer insights into disease mechanisms and aid in the development of novel treatments. Additionally, recombinant STAT5B can be utilized in drug screening assays, as well as in the development of biologics that mimic or modify its activity, potentially leading to advancements in precision medicine.
