稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-36RN, also known as interleukin-36 receptor antagonist, is a crucial regulatory protein in the IL-36 cytokine family, which has garnered significant interest in immunology and dermatology. This family includes pro-inflammatory cytokines that play key roles in the immune response, particularly in autoimmune and inflammatory disorders such as psoriasis, arthritis, and atopic dermatitis. IL-36RN functions by inhibiting the activity of IL-36 cytokines, effectively modulating inflammatory pathways and maintaining immune homeostasis. Research has indicated that mutations in the IL-36RN gene can lead to a spectrum of autoinflammatory conditions, highlighting its importance in maintaining skin health and regulating immune responses. The recombinant form of IL-36RN has emerged as a potential therapeutic agent, offering promising avenues for treating inflammatory skin diseases. By studying the structural and functional properties of this protein, researchers aim to develop targeted therapies that harness its antagonistic effects on IL-36 cytokines. Understanding the mechanisms of IL-36RN can not only provide insights into the pathogenesis of various inflammatory diseases but also pave the way for innovative treatments that could alleviate the suffering of patients afflicted by chronic skin conditions and other inflammatory disorders. Thus, the continued investigation into IL-36RN recombinant protein holds significant potential for enhancing our understanding of immune regulation and improving therapeutic strategies in clinical settings.
