Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Chimeric HLA-A*02:01(mα3)&B2M&WT-1(RMFPNAPYL) tetramer recombinant protein plays a pivotal role in cancer immunotherapy, particularly in the context of targeting Wilms’ Tumor 1 (WT1) peptides for enhancing T-cell responses. WT1 is a well-established tumor-associated antigen, frequently overexpressed in various malignancies, including leukemia and solid tumors, making it an attractive target for cancer immunology research. The HLA-A*02:01 allele is one of the most common human leukocyte antigen (HLA) types, and its ability to present specific tumor antigens, like the RMFPNAPYL epitope from WT1, provides a framework for developing effective cancer vaccines and adoptive T-cell therapies. The chimeric aspect of this tetramer combines the α3 domain of HLA-A*02:01 with beta-2-microglobulin (B2M) to enhance stability and facilitate efficient binding of the WT1 peptide, thus improving the detection of WT1-specific T cells in patient samples. Understanding the interplay between these components can guide the design of personalized immunotherapeutic strategies, enabling the monitoring of immune responses in clinical settings and potentially leading to improved outcomes for cancer patients. Additionally, this tetramer enables researchers to investigate the frequency and functionality of WT1-specific T cells, offering insights into immune evasion mechanisms employed by tumors. Through the study of such recombinant proteins, advances in the application of immunotherapy can be achieved, ultimately contributing to the development of more targeted and effective treatment modalities for cancer patients.
