The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

Chimeric HLA-A*02:01(mα3)&B2M&WT-1(RMFPNAPYL) monomer is a recombinant protein that has garnered significant attention in cancer immunotherapy research. The HLA-A*02:01 allele is one of the most prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecules, playing a crucial role in the presentation of tumor-associated antigens to CD8+ T cells. Wilms’ tumor 1 (WT1) is a promising tumor-associated antigen commonly overexpressed in various malignancies, making it an attractive target for immunotherapies. The peptide RMFPNAPYL, derived from WT1, can bind effectively to HLA-A*02:01, activating cytotoxic T lymphocytes against cancer cells expressing this antigen. By engineering a chimeric protein that combines HLA-A*02:01 with beta-2-microglobulin (B2M) and the WT1 peptide, researchers aim to enhance the stability and presentation of this tumor antigen in therapeutic settings. This approach may improve the efficacy of cancer vaccines and adoptive T cell therapies, potentially leading to better clinical outcomes for patients with WT1-expressing tumors. Understanding the structural and functional properties of this monomeric complex is essential for designing effective immunotherapeutics, paving the way for advancements in targeted cancer treatments.
