简介
TINAGL1 Protein, implicated in adrenocortical zonation, may regulate distinct adrenal cortex zones and repress CYP11B1 gene expression in adrenocortical cells. As a member of the non-catalytic peptidase C1 family, its distinctive function does not involve enzymatic activity. Unraveling TINAGL1's molecular pathways could offer insights into its role in adrenal physiology, shedding light on its potential to manipulate adrenal function. TINAGL1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived TINAGL1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TINAGL1 (Tina G-like protein 1) is a recently identified protein that plays a significant role in various physiological processes, including cellular interactions and signaling pathways. Research has shown that TINAGL1 is involved in cell adhesion and the regulation of extracellular matrix components, which are crucial for tissue development and maintenance. Its expression has been linked to several diseases, including tumors and fibrosis, suggesting that it may serve as a potential biomarker for disease progression. The recombinant production of TINAGL1 has gained interest among researchers aiming to elucidate its structure-function relationships and understand its biological significance. Using recombinant DNA technology, scientists can produce large quantities of TINAGL1 for in vitro studies, allowing for the investigation of its interactions with other proteins and its role in pathological conditions. By studying TINAGL1, researchers hope to uncover new therapeutic targets and strategies for treating diseases associated with dysregulated cell-matrix interactions. Understanding TINAGL1's molecular mechanisms can offer insights into its potential utility in regenerative medicine, cancer therapy, and tissue engineering, making it a compelling focus for ongoing biomedical research.
