SDC4 protein is a cell surface proteoglycan that cooperates with SDCBP and PDCD6IP to regulate exosome biogenesis.SDC4 exists as a homodimer and engages in important interactions with various intracellular partners.SDC4 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived SDC4 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

1. Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of A431 human epithelial carcinoma cells. When 5 x 104 cells/well are added to mouse SDC4 and human Fibronectin (0.5 μg/mL) coated plates, cell adhesion is enhanced in a dose dependent manner after 45 minutes at 37 °C. The ED50 for this effect is 1.52 μg/mL, corresponding to a specific activity is 657.895 U/mg. 2. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Mouse MDK (HY-P79419) at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Mouse SDC4. The ED50 for this effect is 1.121 μg/mL.

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
