稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interferons (IFNs) are pivotal cytokines in the immune response, with Type I interferons, particularly IFN-alpha and IFN-beta, playing critical roles in antiviral defense and modulation of immune responses. The study of IFN-alpha/beta receptor 2 (IFNAR2), a component of the IFN-alpha/beta receptor complex, has gained significant attention due to its importance in mediating the biological effects of Type I interferons. IFNAR2 interacts with the shared receptor subunit, IFNAR1, and the binding of IFN-alpha or IFN-beta initiates a cascade of intracellular signaling pathways, primarily the JAK-STAT pathway, leading to the transcription of numerous genes involved in antiviral activities, apoptosis, and immune regulation. Dysregulation of the IFN signaling pathway has been implicated in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancers, emphasizing the need for a deeper understanding of IFNAR2's role in these processes. Recombinant IFN-alpha/beta R2 proteins have been developed for research and therapeutic purposes, providing tools for exploring the receptor's structure, function, and interaction with signaling molecules. Ongoing research aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underpinning IFNAR2 signaling and its potential as a target for novel therapeutic interventions, underscoring its relevance in enhancing antiviral immunity and regulating immune responses in pathological conditions.
