Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PTPRC, also known as CD45, is a crucial receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase that plays a significant role in regulating immune cell functions, particularly in T and B lymphocytes. The CD45R0 isoform is predominantly expressed on activated or memory T cells and is believed to influence their activation, differentiation, and survival. Research into recombinant PTPRC/CD45R0 proteins has gained momentum due to their potential implications in understanding immune responses and associated diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer. These recombinant proteins can be utilized to dissect the intricate signaling pathways mediated by CD45R0, providing insights into its pharmacological potential as a therapeutic target. Notably, the characterization of PTPRC/CD45R0 not only enhances our knowledge of immune cell regulation but also holds promise for the development of innovative treatments that can modulate immune responses for better disease management. The ongoing studies explore the functional roles of CD45R0 in various contexts, aiming to unveil novel strategies to harness its activity for immunotherapy and precision medicine.
