Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CRHBP, or Corticotropin-Releasing Hormone Binding Protein, is a pivotal component in the neuroendocrine stress response, acting primarily as a regulator of corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) levels. The CRH system influences various physiological processes, including stress response, immune function, and metabolic regulation. Dysregulation of this system has been implicated in various psychiatric disorders, such as depression and anxiety, as well as in obesity and metabolic syndrome. Research into the structure and function of CRHBP has gained attention due to its potential role as a therapeutic target. Recombinant CRHBP, produced through genetic engineering techniques, provides a valuable tool for studying the protein's interactions with CRH and other ligands, allowing for a deeper understanding of its biological functions. Furthermore, elucidating the mechanisms by which CRHBP modulates stress response pathways could pave the way for the development of novel treatments for stress-related disorders. Investigating the properties of recombinant CRHBP may also unveil its potential as a biomarker for assessing stress levels and related health issues, thereby supporting the development of personalized medicine approaches. Overall, the research on recombinant CRHBP serves as a critical foundation for advancing our knowledge of the neuroendocrine system and addressing the challenges posed by stress-related conditions.
