稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Transforming growth factor-beta 2 (TGF-β2) is a multifunctional cytokine that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and immune regulation. It is part of the TGF-β superfamily, which is involved in embryogenesis, tissue repair, and the regulation of immune responses. Dysregulation of TGF-β2 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, fibrosis, and autoimmune disorders. The recombinant form of TGF-β2 (rTGF-β2) is produced to facilitate research into its biological functions and therapeutic potential. Studies on rTGF-β2 have shown its involvement in promoting epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT), a process critical for wound healing and tumor progression. Moreover, rTGF-β2 is being explored for its applications in regenerative medicine, particularly in tissue engineering and stem cell biology, where it can influence stem cell fate and enhance tissue regeneration. Additionally, understanding the precise mechanisms of TGF-β2 signaling can provide insights into potential therapeutic targets for diseases characterized by TGF-β dysregulation. Overall, research on TGF-β2 and its recombinant forms continues to be an important area of inquiry in both basic and translational biomedical sciences.
