    Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. The ED50 for this effect is 1-3 μg/mL. Measured by its ability to induce IL-8 secretion in HT1080 human fibrosarcoma cells transfected with human OX40/TNFRSF4. The ED50 for this effect is 3.527ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity is 2.836×105 U/mg.

    The thermal stability is described by the loss rate.
