Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-1 Rrp2, a member of the interleukin-1 receptor family, plays a crucial role in the immune response and inflammatory processes. It is primarily involved in mediating the effects of interleukin-1 (IL-1), a key cytokine that regulates various physiological and pathological functions, including fever, inflammation, and apoptosis. Understanding the structure and function of IL-1 Rrp2 is essential for elucidating its role in health and disease, particularly in conditions such as autoimmune disorders and chronic inflammatory diseases. Previous studies have demonstrated that the activation of IL-1 signaling pathways can lead to both protective and detrimental effects, making it a significant target for therapeutic intervention. The recombinant expression of IL-1 Rrp2 is vital for characterizing its biochemical properties and assessing its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. By producing recombinant protein, researchers aim to study the receptor's interactions with ligands and downstream signaling pathways, thereby gaining insights into the mechanisms underlying IL-1 related pathologies. Additionally, recombinant IL-1 Rrp2 can serve as a tool for developing novel drugs that modulate its activity, potentially leading to better treatments for diseases characterized by excessive inflammation and immune dysregulation. Given the critical importance of IL-1 Rrp2 in various biological processes, ongoing research into its recombinant form holds promise for advancing our understanding of immune regulation and improving therapeutic strategies for related diseases.
