The TsaE protein is essential for the generation of the threonylcarbamoyl group at adenosine position 37 (t(6)A37) in the tRNA that decodes the adenine start codon. It may facilitate the transfer of the threoncarbamoyl moiety from threoncarbamoyl-AMP (TC-AMP) to the N6 group of A37, acting synergistically with TsaD and TsaB. The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
