稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLXDC1 (Plexin domain-containing protein 1) is a member of the Plexin family, which plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including cell signaling, migration, and development. It has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential involvement in modulating immune responses and its association with various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. Research on PLXDC1 has revealed its ability to interact with other key signaling molecules, indicating a complex role in the regulation of cell behavior. The recombinant expression of PLXDC1 protein allows for the characterization of its structural and functional properties, providing insights into its mechanisms of action. The generation of high-purity recombinant PLXDC1 is vital for functional studies, aiding in the exploration of its roles in cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. Additionally, understanding PLXDC1's interactions and signaling pathways can pave the way for developing therapeutic strategies targeting this protein in disease contexts. Overall, the study of PLXDC1 recombinant protein is significant for elucidating cellular processes and potentially identifying novel biomarkers or therapeutic targets in various pathological conditions.
