Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CLEC4D, also known as dendritic cell C-type lectin receptor 4D, plays a significant role in the immune system by recognizing and binding to specific carbohydrate structures on pathogens, thereby modulating immune responses. Research into this protein has gained momentum due to its potential implications in various diseases, including infections, autoimmune disorders, and cancers. CLEC4D is primarily expressed on dendritic cells, which are crucial for initiating and regulating immune responses. By facilitating the uptake and presentation of antigens, CLEC4D influences T cell activation and differentiation, making it a key player in adaptive immunity. Moreover, recent studies have suggested that CLEC4D might also be involved in regulating inflammatory responses and tissue homeostasis. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying CLEC4D's functions can provide insights into the design of novel immunotherapies and vaccines. As researchers continue to explore the intricate roles of CLEC4D, its potential as a therapeutic target becomes increasingly evident, highlighting the importance of comprehensively studying this protein to harness its benefits in clinical applications.
