  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TMSB4X (thymosin beta-4) is a highly conserved actin-binding peptide involved in various cellular processes, including cell migration, proliferation, and differentiation. Its role in regulating the cytoskeleton, particularly actin dynamics, makes it crucial in developmental biology and wound healing. Recent studies have highlighted TMSB4X's potential as a therapeutic agent in regenerative medicine and cancer treatment due to its properties that promote cell survival and tissue repair. Notably, TMSB4X has been implicated in several pathological conditions, such as cardiovascular diseases and tumors, indicating its relevance in disease progression and recovery. Recombinant TMSB4X protein has been produced for experimental purposes to elucidate its functional mechanisms and therapeutic potential. Researchers are increasingly focused on characterizing its interactions with cellular pathways and other proteins to develop targeted therapies. Understanding the precise role of TMSB4X in cellular contexts can offer significant insights into its utility in clinical applications and may lead to innovative strategies for enhancing healing and combating disease. As the exploration of TMSB4X continues, its promise as a multifaceted biomolecule opens new avenues for research in cell biology and therapeutic development.
