Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Protein Description
CLEC4A3, a member of the C-type lectin receptor family, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in immune response and pathogen recognition. This receptor is primarily expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages, where it participates in mediating the innate immune response. Research indicates that CLEC4A3 can recognize specific carbohydrate structures on pathogens, leading to the activation of immune signaling pathways. Studies suggest that this receptor may have implications in various diseases, including infections, autoimmune disorders, and cancer. Understanding the structure and function of CLEC4A3 is crucial for exploring its therapeutic potential and developing novel immunomodulatory strategies. The generation of recombinant CLEC4A3 proteins facilitates detailed studies on its ligand specificity, signaling mechanisms, and interactions with other immune components, paving the way for advancements in immunotherapy and vaccine design. As researchers delve deeper into CLEC4A3's biological significance, the insights gained could broaden our understanding of immune regulation and enhance the development of targeted treatments for immune-related conditions.
