简介
CLEC3A protein plays a key role in promoting cell adhesion to laminin and fibronectin, indicating its crucial function in mediating cellular interactions with the extracellular matrix. This ability underscores its importance in regulating cell attachment, spreading, and signaling behaviors, contributing to the intricate network of molecular interactions governing cell-matrix interactions. CLEC3A Protein, Mouse (sf9, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived CLEC3A protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with C-His labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CLEC3A (C-type lectin domain family 3 member A) is a protein that has garnered attention in research due to its potential roles in immune response and inflammation. Originally identified as a protein expressed in the liver and related to the regulation of immune functions, CLEC3A is part of the C-type lectin receptor family, which are known for their involvement in pathogen recognition and cellular signaling. Studies have indicated that CLEC3A may play a critical role in modulating the immune microenvironment, particularly in the context of cancer and infectious diseases. Its ability to interact with various immune cells positions it as a possible target for therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing immune responses or mitigating excessive inflammation. Furthermore, CLEC3A has been implicated in processes such as angiogenesis and tissue repair, making it a protein of interest in both clinical and basic research settings. Recombinant CLEC3A protein is often employed in studies to elucidate its functions and mechanisms of action, providing insights that could pave the way for novel treatments in immunology and oncology. As the understanding of CLEC3A's biological functions expands, it holds promise for the development of biomarker assays or therapeutic strategies that leverage its unique properties.
