稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Caspase-1 (CASP1) is a crucial enzyme that plays a significant role in the regulation of programmed cell death and the inflammatory response. It is a part of the apoptosome complex and is primarily known for its function in the maturation and secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1β and IL-18. The p20 subunit of Caspase-1, generated by its proteolytic cleavage, is essential for its enzymatic activity and stability, making it a significant focus of research. Dysregulation of Caspase-1 has been implicated in various inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and metabolic syndromes, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Recombinant Caspase-1 p20 protein is utilized in numerous studies to dissect its molecular mechanisms, interactions, and regulatory pathways, aiding in the understanding of inflammation and cell death processes. Investigating this protein can contribute to the development of novel treatments for diseases associated with the dysregulation of Caspase-1, fostering advances in therapeutic interventions by targeting this pivotal enzyme in the inflammatory cascade.
