稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MFG-E8, or Milk Fat Globule-EGF Factor 8, is a crucial protein that plays significant roles in various physiological and pathological processes, including immune response, inflammation, and tissue repair. As a member of the EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor) family, MFG-E8 is known for its dual binding properties, allowing it to interact with both phosphatidylserine on apoptotic cells and integrins on phagocytes. This facilitates the clearance of dead cells, thereby preventing excessive inflammation and promoting healing. Studies have shown that MFG-E8 is involved in various disease states, including autoimmune disorders, metabolic diseases, and cancer, making it a potential therapeutic target. Additionally, the recombinant form of MFG-E8 has been extensively investigated for its role in enhancing tissue regeneration, modulating immune responses, and as an anti-inflammatory agent. Research into MFG-E8 and its recombinant protein form has gained traction in recent years, particularly in regenerative medicine and drug development, due to its promising implications in modulating immune responses and promoting cellular homeostasis. As such, understanding the molecular mechanisms and biological activities of MFG-E8 is pivotal for its application in clinical settings, offering avenues for innovative therapeutic strategies to combat various diseases.
