简介
IL-27R α/TCCR protein, as a receptor for IL27, relies on IL6ST/GP130 for signal transduction and activates STAT3 and STAT1. It is also part of the IL6ST/GP130 and CNTFR complex, acting as a receptor for the neuroprotective peptide human peptide. IL-27R alpha/TCCR Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived IL-27R alpha/TCCR protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-27 receptor alpha (IL-27Rα), also known as WSX-1, is a critical component of the IL-27 receptor complex, which plays a vital role in regulating immune responses, particularly in T cell differentiation and activation. The significance of IL-27Rα has gained attention due to its involvement in various pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and cancer. IL-27, a member of the IL-6/IL-12 cytokine family, is produced primarily by antigen-presenting cells and has been shown to exert both pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effects. Research has demonstrated that IL-27Rα signaling can influence the balance between Th1 and Th2 cells, thereby impacting overall immune responses. The recombinant expression of IL-27Rα protein allows researchers to investigate its functional properties, signaling pathways, and interactions with other cytokines. Understanding the role of IL-27Rα may provide insights into therapeutic interventions targeting immune-related disorders. This research area holds promise for developing novel treatments that modulate immune responses, enhancing anti-tumor immunity or alleviating autoimmune disorders. As such, IL-27Rα not only represents a critical biomarker for immune modulation but also serves as a potential target for the design of innovative immunotherapeutic strategies.
