稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-26 (IL-26) is a member of the IL-20 subfamily of the IL-10 cytokine family, primarily produced by T-helper 17 (Th17) cells and certain epithelial cells. Its role in immune responses has attracted considerable research interest due to its involvement in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. IL-26 is known to exhibit pro-inflammatory properties, contributing to the pathogenesis of conditions such as psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and asthma. Recent studies have highlighted its potential role in promoting the activation and survival of immune cells, as well as enhancing the production of other pro-inflammatory cytokines. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying IL-26 signaling pathways is crucial for elucidating its effects on immune regulation and inflammation. The recombinant form of IL-26 has been developed for research purposes, facilitating investigations into its biological functions and therapeutic implications. As researchers explore the potential of targeting IL-26 in modulating immune responses, this cytokine emerges as a promising candidate for novel treatment strategies aimed at alleviating chronic inflammatory conditions. Thus, ongoing studies focus on characterizing the effects of IL-26, elucidating its interactions with various immune cell types, and assessing the therapeutic potential of IL-26 inhibitors in clinical settings.
