稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C-Reactive Protein (CRP) is an acute-phase protein produced primarily by the liver in response to inflammation. Its synthesis is upregulated by pro-inflammatory cytokines, particularly interleukin-6 (IL-6), making it a crucial biomarker for various inflammatory diseases and conditions, such as infections, autoimmune disorders, and chronic inflammatory diseases. Research into CRP has gained significant traction over the years, as it plays an essential role in the body's innate immune response, mediating various inflammatory processes, including opsonization and complement activation. The recombinant form of CRP (rCRP) has been developed to better understand its function and potential therapeutic applications. By producing rCRP through recombinant DNA technology, researchers aim to study its structure-function relationships, interactions with other molecules, and potential as a therapeutic agent. Furthermore, studies on rCRP can provide insights into its role in modulating immune responses, which could lead to innovative treatments for inflammatory diseases. Additionally, the investigation of rCRP offers the possibility of developing more sensitive diagnostic tools for early detection of inflammatory conditions. Overall, the research on C-Reactive Protein, particularly its recombinant form, holds promise for advancing our understanding of inflammation and its associated diseases, ultimately contributing to improved patient care and novel therapeutic strategies.
