Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ENPP-3 (Ectonucleotide Triphosphate Diphosphohydrolase-3) is an enzyme implicated in various physiological processes, particularly in bone metabolism and mineralization. It plays a crucial role in the hydrolysis of nucleotide triphosphates (NTPs) and diphosphates (NDPs), influencing ATP availability and signaling pathways essential for cellular functions. Research has shown that ENPP-3 is involved in the regulation of phosphate homeostasis and contributes to the formation of extracellular matrix components. Abnormal ENPP-3 activity has been associated with several pathological conditions, including cardiovascular diseases, metabolic disorders, and cancer. To better understand its function and therapeutic potential, scientists have focused on the production and characterization of recombinant ENPP-3 protein. This allows for detailed kinetic studies, crystallization for structural analysis, and examination of its interaction with substrates and inhibitors. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which ENPP-3 operates could pave the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting diseases linked to its dysregulation. Moreover, recombinant ENPP-3 can be utilized in biomarker studies and the development of diagnostic tools, highlighting the significance of this enzyme in both basic and applied medical research.
