简介
IL-20R alpha Protein (IL20RA) is the alpha subunit of IL-20 receptor, forms functional heterodimers with different subunit protein and involves in STAT3 activation pathway[1]. The IL20RA/IL20RB dimer is a receptor for IL-19, IL-20 and IL-24, while the IL20RA/IL10RB dimer is a receptor for IL-26[3]. IL-20R alpha Protein is consists of 553 amino acids (M1-N553) with a transmembrane domain (254-274 a.a.). IL-20R alpha Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is produced in HEK293 cells with a C-Terminal His-tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-20R alpha, also known as IL-20 receptor subunit alpha, is a key component of the interleukin-20 receptor complex, which plays a crucial role in various physiological and pathological processes, particularly in the context of immune regulation and inflammation. Research has shown that IL-20R alpha is involved in the signaling pathways associated with skin disorders, such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, as well as in the modulation of inflammatory responses in other tissues. Its interaction with IL-20 and other cytokines suggests that IL-20R alpha may be a potential therapeutic target for treating inflammatory diseases. The recombinant protein of IL-20R alpha is of significant interest for various applications, including basic research, drug development, and as a potential biomarker for disease. By studying the recombinant form, researchers aim to unravel the molecular mechanisms underlying its function, explore its interactions with ligand proteins, and assess its role in immune responses. Furthermore, the availability of a recombinant IL-20R alpha can facilitate high-throughput screening of potential inhibitors or activators, contributing to the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Understanding the biology of IL-20R alpha can provide insights into how modulation of this receptor may lead to improved treatments for patients suffering from inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. Thus, ongoing research in this area holds promise for the advancement of targeted therapies and better management of related diseases.
