简介
FcRH5/FcRL5 protein potentially plays a role in fertilization, engaging in intricate molecular pathways by interacting with signaling molecules such as PTPN6, PTPN11, SYK, and ZAP70. Its involvement in reproductive processes adds to its significance, and further exploration is needed to uncover its precise functions and molecular connections in the complex events of fertilization. FcRH5/FcRL5 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived FcRH5/FcRL5 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FcRH5 (Fc receptor homolog 5) and FcRL5 (Fc receptor-like 5) are members of the Fc receptor family, which play critical roles in immune regulation and antibody-mediated responses. These proteins are predominantly expressed on B cells, where they are implicated in the modulation of immune signaling pathways. Recent studies have shown that FcRH5 is involved in the regulation of B cell activation and differentiation, while FcRL5 is linked to the inhibition of cell activation, contributing to immune tolerance. The interest in these receptors has notably increased due to their potential as targets for novel immunotherapeutic strategies, particularly in cancer treatment and autoimmune diseases. Researchers are investigating the structural and functional aspects of FcRH5 and FcRL5 through recombinant protein techniques, which allow for detailed analysis of their interactions and signaling mechanisms. Understanding the roles of these receptors could provide valuable insights into enhancing immune responses or promoting immune tolerance in various clinical contexts. The exploration of FcRH5 and FcRL5 as therapeutic targets represents a promising avenue in the development of next-generation immunotherapies.
