简介
The CD93/C1qR1 protein is thought to be a receptor or part of a larger complex and plays a crucial role in immune recognition by binding to C1q, mannose-binding lectin (MBL2), and pulmonary surfactant protein A (SPA) .Its interaction with these immune factors suggests a role in coordinating the innate immune response.CD93/C1qR1 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived CD93/C1qR1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD93, also known as the C1q receptor 1 (C1qR1), has emerged as a significant player in the immune and vascular systems, primarily functioning as a receptor for the complement component C1q. Its role extends to mediating various biological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and the regulation of immune responses. Research has indicated that CD93 is involved in several pathological conditions, such as atherosclerosis, inflammation, and cancer progression. The recombinant protein forms of CD93/C1qR1 have garnered attention as tools for studying its receptor-ligand interactions and elucidating its downstream signaling pathways. By generating and characterizing these recombinant proteins, researchers aim to investigate the precise mechanisms by which CD93 influences immune cell function and vascular integrity. The elucidation of CD93/C1qR1 interactions could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting immune modulation and vascular diseases, thereby highlighting the importance of this receptor in both fundamental biology and clinical applications. Understanding the structure-function relationship of CD93, particularly through the lens of recombinant protein studies, is critical for advancing our knowledge of its roles in health and disease.
