稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD200R1, also known as CD200 receptor 1, is an immunoregulatory protein that plays a crucial role in modulating the immune response. It is primarily expressed on myeloid cells and interacts with its ligand, CD200, which is found on various immune and non-immune cells. This interaction delivers inhibitory signals, thereby preventing excessive immune activation and promoting immune tolerance. Dysregulation of the CD200/CD200R1 pathway has been implicated in various autoimmune diseases and has potential implications in cancer therapy, as tumor cells can exploit this pathway to evade immune surveillance. The generation of recombinant CD200R1 proteins allows for detailed studies of its structure, signaling mechanisms, and interactions with other proteins. Additionally, this recombinant protein can be utilized in therapeutic applications, such as enhancing immune responses against tumors or modulating inflammatory conditions. Understanding CD200R1's role can provide insights into developing innovative treatments for diseases characterized by immune dysregulation. Research on CD200R1 is increasingly important in the field of immunology, as it holds promise for both understanding basic immune mechanisms and applying this knowledge to clinical therapies.
