简介
LILRA3/CD85e/ILT6 functions as a soluble receptor for class I MHC antigens, binding both classical and non-classical HLA class I molecules, albeit with lower affinities than LILRB1 or LILRB2. It engages with monocyte surfaces, effectively suppressing LPS-induced TNF-alpha production by monocytes. LILRA3/CD85e/ILT6 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived LILRA3/CD85e/ILT6 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ILT6 (Inhibitory Ly-49-like Receptor 6) is a member of the ILT (Immunoglobulin-like Transcript) family, which plays a significant role in the regulation of immune responses. Researchers have focused on ILT6 due to its potential as an immunological checkpoint receptor, which can inhibit the activation of immune cells such as natural killer (NK) cells and T cells. The expression of ILT6 on certain immune and tumor cells suggests its involvement in immune evasion mechanisms, which is a common characteristic of tumors. Understanding the function and mechanisms of ILT6 can provide valuable insights into tumor microenvironments and the development of novel immunotherapeutic strategies. The study of ILT6 recombinant protein is particularly important as it allows for the investigation of its structure, binding properties, and functional characteristics in a controlled manner. This research could lead to the identification of potential therapeutic targets, enhancing the efficacy of existing treatments, and contributing to the development of new immunomodulatory therapies aimed at restoring anti-tumor immunity. Given the growing interest in harnessing the immune system to combat cancer, ILT6 represents a promising candidate for further exploration in the field of cancer immunotherapy.
