CD70

CD70 is the ligand of CD27 in activated T and B lymphocytes, is an important cytokine in CD70-CD27 pathway involving with the generation and maintenance of T cell immunity[1]. CD70 is a surface antigen, also shows antiviral activity and regulates viability of tumor cells and regulatory T cells[2][3]. As for CD70 protein in rat contains TNF_2 domain (57-188 a.a) and transmembrane helix, belonging to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family. CD70 Protein, Rat (HEK293, Fc) is 150 amino acids in length (Q46-P195) and is expressed in the HEK293 cells with N terminal hFc-tag.

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
