Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD299, also known as the C-type lectin receptor, plays a critical role in immune responses and pathogen recognition. As a member of the dendritic cell receptor family, CD299 is primarily expressed on dendritic cells and macrophages, facilitating the uptake and processing of various antigens, including viruses and bacterial components. The study of CD299 recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their potential applications in vaccine development and immunotherapy. Researchers are investigating the ability of CD299 to enhance antigen presentation and stimulate T-cell responses, which could lead to more effective vaccines against infectious diseases and cancer. Additionally, CD299 is involved in modulating inflammatory responses, making it a target for therapeutic interventions in autoimmune diseases. The production of recombinant CD299 protein allows for in-depth functional studies and the exploration of its mechanism of action, providing insights into how it can be harnessed for clinical use. Understanding the structure-function relationship of CD299 will further facilitate the development of targeted strategies that leverage its immunological properties, thus contributing to advancements in both basic and translational research in immunology. This expanding knowledge base positions CD299 as a promising candidate for future therapeutic development aimed at enhancing immune responses or suppressing undesirable inflammation.
