Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
4-1BBL (also known as TNFSF9) is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily that plays a critical role in immune regulation and T-cell activation. It interacts with its receptor, 4-1BB (CD137), found on activated T-cells, influencing their proliferation, survival, and cytokine production. Due to its function in enhancing immune responses, 4-1BBL has garnered significant interest in cancer immunotherapy. Researchers are exploring its potential as a therapeutic agent, aiming to boost anti-tumor immunity in various malignancies. Moreover, studies on 4-1BBL and its signaling pathways may reveal insights into T-cell exhaustion and the immune-checkpoint landscape, fostering the development of combination therapies that synergize with existing immune checkpoint inhibitors. The recombinant protein form of 4-1BBL provides a valuable tool for these investigations, allowing scientists to dissect its biological functions, evaluate its effects on different immune cell types, and assess its efficacy in preclinical models. Understanding the mechanisms of 4-1BBL can pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies targeting immune evasion in tumors, making it a focal point in the field of immunotherapy and cancer research.
