稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD302, also known as CLEC13A, is a C-type lectin receptor that plays a significant role in the immune response and has garnered attention in immunological research. Located on the surface of various immune cells, CD302 is involved in the recognition of specific glycan structures, facilitating cellular interactions and modulating immune responses. Its expression is observed in dendritic cells and monocytes, contributing to the proliferation and activation of T cells. Recent studies have highlighted its potential as a target for therapeutic interventions in autoimmune diseases and cancers, where modulation of immune cell activity is crucial. Given its role in immune regulation, researchers are increasingly focusing on the recombinant expression of CD302/CLEC13A proteins to elucidate their biological functions and develop innovative immunotherapies. By generating high-yield recombinant proteins, scientists aim to explore the structural and functional characteristics of CD302, analyze its ligand-binding properties, and assess its potential as a biomarker for immunological conditions. This growing body of research underscores the importance of CD302/CLEC13A in the field of immunology and its prospects for advancing therapeutic strategies.
