Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BTN2A1, or B7-like protein 2A1, is a member of the B7 family of immune regulatory molecules, which play a significant role in modulating T-cell responses. Research has shown that BTN2A1 is involved in the regulation of immune tolerance and may have implications in tumor immunology, as it can influence the activation and proliferation of T lymphocytes. Its expression can be upregulated in certain cancer types, suggesting a potential role in tumor evasion from immune surveillance. The recombinant protein of BTN2A1 is crucial for further studies, as it allows for the examination of its functional properties and interactions with immune cells. Understanding the precise mechanisms of BTN2A1's involvement in immune modulation could open new therapeutic avenues for enhancing anti-tumor immunity and improving the efficacy of cancer immunotherapies. Consequently, the production and characterization of BTN2A1 recombinant protein are essential for elucidating its biological functions and potential clinical applications in cancer treatment.
