Neprilysin/CD10 protein has a specificity similar to thermolysin and mainly acts on polypeptides of up to 30 amino acids. It plays a crucial role in degrading opioid peptides, including Met-enkephalin and Leu-enkephalin, by cleaving the Gly-Phe bond. Neprilysin/CD10 Protein, Rat (HEK293, His) is the recombinant rat-derived Neprilysin/CD10 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-His labeled tag.

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
