Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCR2b, a chemokine receptor, is primarily involved in the immune response by mediating the migration of monocytes and other immune cells to sites of inflammation. It is a critical component in various pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammatory disorders, and cancer. The significance of CCR2b in these processes has made it a relevant target for therapeutic intervention. Research has demonstrated that CCR2b not only influences the accumulation of immune cells but also plays a role in modulating the inflammatory microenvironment, impacting disease progression. Additionally, recent studies have highlighted the potential of CCR2b as a biomarker for disease severity and treatment response. The recombinant expression of CCR2b protein allows for more extensive investigations into its functional mechanisms and interactions with ligands, contributing to the development of CCR2b-targeted drugs. Understanding the structure-function relationship of CCR2b through recombinant protein studies could lead to novel therapeutic strategies aimed at regulating immune responses and controlling inflammation, thus improving clinical outcomes in patients with conditions associated with aberrant CCR2b activity.
