Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin 4 receptor (IL4R) is a critical component of the immune system, playing a key role in mediating the effects of interleukin 4 (IL-4), a cytokine involved in the regulation of immune responses, particularly in allergic reactions and asthma. The IL4R complex comprises two subunits, with the IL4Rα subunit being essential for IL-4 signaling. Abnormal IL4R expression or mutation has been linked to various allergic diseases, autoimmune disorders, and even certain cancers, making it a significant target for therapeutic interventions. Recent advancements in biotechnology have enabled the development of recombinant IL4R proteins, which serve as valuable tools for studying IL-4 signaling pathways and exploring potential treatments for diseases associated with IL4R dysfunction. Through structural and functional analyses of these recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate the mechanisms underlying IL-4-mediated immune responses, assess their roles in pathogenesis, and identify novel therapeutic strategies that can modulate IL4R activity. As such, the study of recombinant IL4R proteins not only enhances our understanding of immune system regulation but also opens new avenues for targeted therapies that could alleviate the burden of IL-4 related diseases.
